In our series “A perfect day in …”, employees present the various German locations of Cushman & Wakefield from a private point of view. This time Hubert Keyl shares his tips on how to spend the perfect day in Munich.
06:30 a.m.: You can hardly start the day better than by having a run. The most beautiful running routes are along the Isar and around the Munich Peace Angel in the Maximiliansanlagen park, as well as in the northern English Garden between Monopterus and Biergarten Aumeister.
08:30 a.m.: Breakfast on the roof terrace of Café Rischart with a view over the beautiful Viktualienmarkt.
Viktualienmarkt 2, 80331 Munich
Opening hours: Mon-Sat 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Sun 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
10:00 a.m.: Well-fortified, I recommend a long stroll and browse on Viktualienmarkt.
12:30 p.m.: At the bustling Domplatz, we then stop in the restaurant Guido al Duomo for lunch. Under the iconic twin towers of the Frauenkirche we sit at the red and white check bedecked tables and enjoy the Italian atmosphere.
