Eva Escaig has been part of the Global Occupier Service Team since February 2017 with a focus on Corporate Customers in Germany. As an Account Manager, she serves clients both nationally and globally in connection with their real estate activities. In addition, she has headed the German team since September 2017 as Head of Transaction Management.

Dr. Michael Thiele is responsible for the advisory disciplines Corporate Occupier & Investor Services (CIS) and Account Management of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany, with teams in Frankfurt, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Munich and its headquarter in Hamburg. The team advises global companies on the implementation and implementation of their international real estate strategy.

Marc Rohrer is International Partner in the Capital Markets Team and is based in Hamburg. As Head of Investment Hamburg, he is responsible for all types of real estate transactions in the city of Hamburg and the surrounding region, including Bremen, Flensburg, Hanover and Kiel.
Stephan Haegele joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics Services team in August 2013. He leads the Industrial & Logistics activity in Germany. His tasks include: Brokerage of Industrial & Logistics space, build-to-suit developments, disposals, contract and profile analyses and optimization, development of marketing strategies as well as steering of negotiations.
Dr. Jan Linsin has been Head of Research Northern Cluster at Cushman & Wakefield since April 2018. In this new position, he is responsible for the research domains of the countries Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. Dr. Jan Linsin has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
Vera Liebchen supports the Project Management & Consultancy team in Hamburg as a Consultant in space planning and workplace concepts. As an interior designer she gained a wealth of project experience and realized a variety of projects.
